Thomas Crawford and Vincent Doran launch Crawford Doran

Top agents Thomas Crawford and Vincent Doran have launched their own agency, Crawford Doran, in Adelaide’s inner western suburbs.

Based in the trendy inner western suburbs of Adelaide, Crawford Doran has a young team and fresh strategic thinking, with in-depth local knowledge and experience.

Mr Crawford brings a strong sales record and an extensive suite of accolades to his role as sales director.

“While I’ve been very fortunate to have worked at one of South Australia’s top agencies and learn from the best, I’ve always had my own ideas about what selling property could and should look like,” Mr Crawford said.

“Crawford Doran promises to do things differently – and better – than what has traditionally been done and in doing so, achieve better results for our clients.

“That’s a reflection of the way Vincent and I have always done business and it’s the approach that has underpinned our ongoing success.

“It’s exciting to see it come to life through Crawford Doran.”

Mr Crawford and Mr Doran have worked together for the past four years, with Mr Doran now stepping up as sales director as well as the agency’s auctioneer.

Mr Doran said the pair’s depth of local knowledge gives them an edge on other agencies in the city.

“We understand this part of Adelaide because it’s our home too,” Mr Doran said.

“We’ve worked hard over a number of years to grow not just a strong reputation in the area, but a community and network of connections.

“It’s been difficult to keep the new agency a secret because neighbours, old clients and friends are always dropping past our Croydon office or stopping us in the local café to ask how things are going.

“This area represents significant growth opportunity – its blend of character homes and new development make it ideal for young families and first home buyers, but also investment opportunities and premium real estate purchasers.

“We’ll be expanding our reach, but no one knows this area better than we do – it’s the perfect place to start.”

The venture is being backed by entrepreneur, businessman and philanthropist Nick House of House Group of Companies, which has a number of interests across building and development.
