Bravo’s 'Sold on SLC' Trailer Teases Secrets and Sins of Utah Real Estate

Can’t get enough of Bravo’s hit The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City? Have no fear — a new reality real estate series based in Utah is on the way.

Bravo has announced its new series, Sold on SLC, that promises to dive into the shameless, sinful, and luxury life of Utah’s most prominent — and dramatic — real estate agents via the Presidio Real Estate group.

Debuting on Monday, December 9, the new show will follow RHOSLC, giving fans who can’t get enough of the Salt Lake City drama another hour of complicated relationships and professional (and personal) rivalries.

“When I started the brokerage I literally couldn’t even afford a printer, but last year we sold 1.2 Billion dollars and I couldn’t have done it without the best team in the business,” Jennifer Yeo, CEO of the Presidio Real Estate group, says in a first look trailer, which dropped on Tuesday, October 29.

“People in Utah might follow the Ten Commandments but at my brokerage we follow the Jen commandments,” she continues in the promo, before laying out her brokerage regulations which, of course, are followed by a series of clips showing how her agents — Tyna Edwards, Malaysia Fua, Matt Jones, Sarah Martindale, and Kenny Sperry — don’t exactly play by the rules.

Commandment number one? “Thou shalt always be selling,” Jen says in a voiceover.

In the trailer, viewers get a sense of the luxury real estate landscape in Utah — which, according to the clip, includes must-haves like a guest house, a spray tan station and a salon.

“With impressive high-end properties and Salt Lake City’s LDS community as the backdrop, the show follows the layered social dynamics within the brokerage as the agents navigate complicated relationships and personal rivalries,” a description of the series provided by Bravo reads. “Always on a mission for commission, drama often follows the fierce professional ambitions of the team as they strive to stay on top, and continue to raise the bar, in one of the fastest growing housing markets in the nation.”

In the same trailer, Jen lists out her other so-called commandments, including “thou shalt always be professional” and “thou shalt never speak unkindly of another agent.”

Of course, the clips show her agents doing, well, the exact opposite.

“Only in real estate can you drink on the job,” one agent says in the trailer.

“I don’t fully agree with our church as far as drinking and partying,” another says.
