Alexandra Scott to lead Ray White Rural Pokolbin

Alexandra Scott has been appointed to lead the new Ray White Rural Pokolbin office in the Hunter Valley region.

The Announcement:

Hamish Firth, director of Ray White Rural Scone, has announced the opening of a second premise in Pokolbin with Alexandra Scott joining the team to lead Ray White Rural Pokolbin.

Ms Scott brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the local market to the role. Her 25 year career in high-powered positions across sales, marketing and negotiation in banks and tech companies has put her in good stead for the world of real estate.

“Real estate is in my blood, and having bought, sold and renovated many homes over the years, I believe that this next step will be a wonderful chapter for my career, for the hunter residents and for my family,” Ms Scott said.

“I learnt a lot through the process of buying and selling, and ensuring that a home is presented in its best light possible for great results.”

Mr Firth said Alexandra possesses a rare authenticity and is passionate about connecting with buyers and sellers alike.

“Her determination to operate with transparency and integrity will help educate the local sellers and buyers on the facts and figures, while she expresses her own love for the area,” he said.

Pokolbin surfaced as the ideal location for this expansion due to its growing prominence in the Hunter Valley.

“The Hunter Valley region is a relatively untapped market, with phenomenal investment opportunities for high net worth individuals and companies,” Mr Firth said.

Ms Scott said there was a significant amount of money being spent in the area right now, in terms of infrastructure, rural and residential projects, entertainment and retail precincts, beautiful restaurants, schools, wineries, events, concerts, golf, and horse riding.

“There is so much to do here. The lifestyle benefits are endless; it is a beautiful weekender destination and an even better place to call home,” she said.

“This region has a beautiful community feel. I love the people here and the pace of country life.”

Ray White Rural CEO Stephen Nell said that he was thrilled for Alexandra and Hamish and the entire Hunter Valley community.

“Alexandra Scott has the tenacity and passion to represent our group to the highest of standards in the important Hunter Valley region,” Mr Nell said.

“Hamish Firth has achieved great success at Ray White Rural Scone, and I look forward to watching them grow as a team and recruit more exceptional people.”
